As a Service Coordinator at HTM Nederland, you are the connecting link between customers, service technicians, and the internal organization. You ensure that maintenance, inspection, and breakdown tasks are efficiently scheduled and followed up. In this versatile role, you combine customer contact, planning, and technical affinity, meaning no two workdays are the same.
Your responsibilities
- Planning and coordinating service, maintenance, and breakdown activities
- Receiving and processing customer service requests
- Maintaining contact with customers, suppliers, and service technicians
- Monitoring the progress of work and service agreements
- Preparing and processing work orders, reports, and service administration
Your Profile
- MBO+ or HBO level of work and thinking
- Experience in a coordinating, administrative, or technical role is a plus
- Affinity with technology and industrial services
- Strong organizational skills and stress-resistant
- Communicative, customer-focused, and solution-oriented
