Preventive maintenance
Preventive maintenance is an important part of our core activities, especially for companies that cannot risk unexpected downtime. Using TPM sheets, we inspect machines and determine which parts need to be replaced preventively. Through regular recording, we learn the behavior of your machine better and better, allowing us to tailor maintenance to factors such as intensity of use, type of material, and environmental conditions.
Machine measurements
Machine measurements are an essential part of preventive maintenance and provide insight into the condition of your machine or specific components. Based on these measurements, we can take timely follow-up actions. Examples include geometric checks, pull and clamping force measurements, Ball Bar and Heidenhain measurements, as well as NEN3140 inspections.
Corrective maintenance
Corrective maintenance focuses on resolving unexpected malfunctions that directly impact production. HTM Nederland understands the urgency of this and ensures that technicians are quickly on-site, with knowledge of both older and modern control systems. Thanks to our expertise and quick access to parts, we can make machines operational again in a short amount of time.
Machine relocation
Machine relocations are often necessitated by changes in the production environment or a company move. HTM Nederland has experienced technicians who skillfully disconnect and connect machines and recommission them. If desired, we can also take on full or partial project management, so you have a single point of contact and can continue to focus on your own business operations.
